1. Scope of Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://webster.at, associated staging and demonstration environments (demo*.webster.at), and the Webster Hub CRM & quoting platform at https://hub.webster.at provided by webster.at (info@webster.at).

2. Authorized Access & Google OAuth 2.0 Login

• Restricted Portal Access: The interactive CRM and project management functions at https://hub.webster.at are intended exclusively for authorized internal staff, sales representatives, and explicitly invited partners.
• Authentication: Sign-in is performed via Google OAuth 2.0 against a strict server-side email allowlist. Attempting to bypass authentication controls, probe endpoints, or access accounts without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Client Quote Links: Customers receiving a unique quote acceptance link (https://hub.webster.at/quote.php?token=...) may use that link solely to review, download, and confirm the specific commercial offer addressed to their business.

3. Acceptable Use & Confidentiality

• Users must keep confidential all non-public project data, preview credentials, customer contact details, and commercial proposals accessible within the portal.
• Automated scraping, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, or redistribution of demonstration prototypes hosted under *.webster.at without written consent is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

All custom web layouts, source code, graphics, and documentation created by webster.at remain the intellectual property of webster.at until full payment of the agreed project fee by the respective client.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our web portals and preview environments are provided "as is". While we maintain high availability and security standards across our server cluster, we do not warrant uninterrupted access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, webster.at shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this portal.

Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Website https://webster.at, der zugehoerigen Demo- und Vorschau-Umgebungen (demo*.webster.at) sowie des internen Vertriebs- und Angebotsportals unter https://hub.webster.at.

2. Zugangsberechtigung & Sicherheit

• Der Login auf https://hub.webster.at erfolgt ueber Google OAuth 2.0 und ist ausschliesslich fuer explizit freigeschaltete Mitarbeiter und Vertriebspartner (Allowlist) bestimmt.
• Kunden, die einen persoenlichen Angebots-Link (quote.php?token=...) oder Zugangsdaten zu einer Demo-Vorschau erhalten, duerfen diese ausschliesslich zur Pruefung und Beauftragung ihres jeweiligen Webprojekts verwenden.

3. Urheberrecht & Vertraulichkeit

Alle auf den Vorschau-Domains (demo*.webster.at) bereitgestellten Entwuerfe, Layouts, Texte und Quellcodes bleiben bis zur vollstaendigen Bezahlung des jeweiligen Auftrags geistiges Eigentum von webster.at.
