This Privacy Policy explains how webster.at ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://webster.at or authenticate into our internal project and CRM portal at https://hub.webster.at ("Webster Hub").

2. Google OAuth 2.0 Authentication & Data Accessed

Access to https://hub.webster.at is restricted to authorized team members and partners via Google Sign-In (Google OAuth 2.0). When you sign in with Google, we request only the standard basic identity scopes:

• openid - Unique Google account identifier used to verify the authenticity of the sign-in token.
• email - Your primary Google account email address, used strictly to verify whether your account is listed on the internal access allowlist of hub.webster.at.
• profile - Your basic display name and profile picture URL associated with your Google account for session display within the portal header.

We do not request access to sensitive or restricted scopes (such as Gmail messages, Google Drive files, calendars, or contacts).

3. How We Use Google User Data (Limited Use Disclosure)

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

• Authentication & Access Control Only: Your verified email address and profile name are used exclusively to authenticate your session on hub.webster.at, enforce our strict authorized-user allowlist, and attribute internal CRM activity notes inside the portal.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing or Sale: We never sell, rent, trade, or transfer Google user data to any third parties, advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
• No Advertising or Profiling: Google user data is never used for targeted advertising, creditworthiness assessment, or AI/ML model training.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

• Session Storage: Upon successful sign-in, an encrypted HTTP-only, Secure session cookie (WEBSTER_HUB_SESS) is stored for up to 7 days so you remain signed in while working in hub.webster.at. Logging out via /logout.php immediately destroys the server session.
• Security Measures: All communication with webster.at and hub.webster.at is encrypted via TLS 1.2 / TLS 1.3 (HTTPS). OAuth tokens are verified directly against Google's official endpoints over encrypted connections.
• Server Logs: Standard web server access and error logs (IP address, request timestamp, HTTP status, user agent) are kept on dedicated servers within the European Union (Austria/Germany) for technical security and abuse prevention and are rotated automatically.

5. Your Rights under GDPR (DSGVO)

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO), you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of your personal data, as well as the right to revoke your Google OAuth consent at any time via your Google Account Permissions page or by contacting info@webster.at.

2. Anmeldung ueber Google OAuth 2.0 auf hub.webster.at

Das interne Vertriebs- und Angebotsportal https://hub.webster.at nutzt Google OAuth 2.0 zur sicheren Authentifizierung freigeschalteter Nutzer. Beim Klick auf "Login with Google" werden ausschliesslich folgende Basis-Berechtigungen (Scopes) abgefragt:

• openid, email, profile (E-Mail-Adresse, Anzeigename und Verifikationsstatus des Google-Kontos).

Zweck der Verarbeitung: Die uebermittelte E-Mail-Adresse wird ausschliesslich mit unserer internen Berechtigungsliste (Allowlist) abgeglichen, um unbefugten Zugriff zu verhindern und eine verschluesselte Sitzung (Session-Cookie WEBSTER_HUB_SESS, Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax) fuer autorisierte Teammitglieder aufzubauen. Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe an Dritte, kein Tracking und keine Nutzung zu Werbezwecken (Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO).

3. Keine externen Tracker, Fonts oder Drittanbieter-Cookies

Auf webster.at und hub.webster.at werden keinerlei Analyse- oder Werbe-Tracker (kein Google Analytics, kein Facebook Pixel) und keine extern nachgeladenen Schriftarten eingesetzt.
